miaVIS - Visitor Induction System

miaVIS is a your complete Visitor Induction System, it allows you to quickly and easily set the program up with your current employee list and company logo. It allows you to induct your visitors with quick loading induction templates that you can quickly and easily tailor to suit your specific requirements.

This is a very easy to use windows based application that will suit all environments and applications. It will track all your visitors and induct them within your specified levels quickly and easily, it will allow visitors to sign in again quickly and easily once inducted and then prohibit them from signing back in once the specified induction time has expired. Requiring them to be re-inducted again to keep your visitors up to date with your specific induction requirements.

The program prints out a visitor badge showing information specific to this visitor, once your visitor leaves they simply sign out with the click of a button and all specific records for there visit are recorded within the database.

It makes monthly reporting stats a breeze with reports available at the push of a button. This can be set up to show all visitors within the time frame you specify allowing you to meet your OSH KPI reporting needs quickly and easily.
